Trump dream

Trump was in a warehouse and trying to get to the next floor up but instead of using the elevator he was foolishly looking through these boxes of things and trying to construct his own way to the next level.
The boxes of things he was trying to build with were just junk and not going to yield anything that would be helpful. A waste of time.
The elevator was there and would have quickly gotten him to the next floor but he was ignoring it, and to his own disadvantage.
I got the sense of God saying that only he can elevate and make things work but that Trump was trying to grab for things he didn't acknowledge were junk in an effort to get him self there instead of relying on God to make it happen.
It was discouraging to see.

In this dream I had James at the age he is now but then somehow I was pregnant also and when I felt the baby move, it pushed its hand out and stretched it until I could see the hand through my stomach skin. It was so strong and as it continued to push I was afraid it would stretch right through.
I grabbed its little hand through the skin of my belly and as I was walking around with the outline of its hand in mine, it suddenly broke through out of nowhere and I was staring down at this big, very alert baby. I panicked and tried to suck the amniotic fluid from its mouth and nose but to my surprise, he seemed to be breathing just fine. In fact, he was so healthy he looked like he was about James's age and he was super smart already.
I was trying to figure out how this could be and how I was even pregnant somebody, maybe a dr, was saying that a became pregnant shortly after I was also pregnant with james so was carrying two boys of different age at the same time and didn't know it.
Of course this made no sense to me and I doubt even the dr really believed what he was telling me. He was just trying to explain it somehow.
There were other strange things about my dream like something called the great 3,000 and 3 world trade center or something like that. And something to do with two threes over each other three times that made a 666.
It was bizarre and I remember things and technology in it that I have never seen before.
